About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Visit Australia in the near future

ABOUT ME

I'm 5'10, around 160 lbs and love to play sports and stay active. I'm a laid back person who has a great/wacky sense of humor and likes to laugh at just about any joke! My interests are quite varied and the list keeps growing so I most definitely left a couple of them out. I like to learn new things and usually learn quite fast. Looking forward to meeting a bunch of new people and seeing/discovering new places.

PHILOSOPHY

Be positive and everything will work out for the best! Try to learn something new everyday is challenging but is really worth it overall. Staying physically active to burn off calories from eating junk food!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Haven't been home a lot lately, so I have been pretty lousy at participating in all this. Looking to change that as soon as possible by offering a couch and showing people what Montreal is all about when it's all said and done!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None yet, but I'm sure one is just around the corner and I'm looking forward to it! Sharing stories, jokes and meeting new people are things I look forward to and hope to get from my first CS experience.

Interests

Sports, traveling, politics, history, economics, sci-fi, reading, music, video games, a little physics. To sum it up: pretty much anything that I can learn from and gets my mind going about the possibilities. A man with too much free time on his hands can't be good thing as that leaves many paths unexplored!

Music, Movies, and Books

I'll listen to pretty much anything that plays on the radio, just not a fan of country or classical music. Haven't read in a little while, but there's a couple of books I'd really like to pick up when I get a little down time. No preferences when it comes to reading, I like to jump from one topic to the next if the books aren't engrossing enough.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Snow bladed in the Alps and got a concussion (funny story) and recently completed all of my basic training courses in the Canadian Forces.

Teach, Learn, Share

I've been playing hockey since i was 7, so if anybody wants to learn a thing or two about how to play hockey, it would be my pleasure to teach you. Anything i can learn from meeting new people is always a plus and just adds to the overall experience. Also possess varied military skills due to basic infantry training
