Overview
About Me
Authentic, genuine, & sincere. Happy, healthy, fun, positive lifestyle. Awesome friends. Weekend trips. Random adventures. Gratitude is a huge value for me.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I enjoy traveling and meeting new people.
Interests
A little snapshot into my last month or so: I've been rollerskating, parasailing, snowboarding, boxing, and surfing; jammed old 80's songs on guitar with friends, shopped at the farmers market, went to a play, took tennis lessons, attended a few concerts, and rode my beach cruiser all over Santa Monica.

Music, Movies, and Books
Books: I read mostly nonfiction and I love audiobooks. Recently finished "Creativity Inc." by Ed Catmull. My favorite current author is Nassim Taleb. Loved "Antifragile."
Music: I love discovering new music all the time. The last 5 songs played in my Spotify account:
Don't Wanna Fight - Alabama Shakes
Dead Inside - Muse
GDFR - FloRida
Human (Marian Hill Remix) - Aquilo
Movin' Right Along - Kermit: The Muppet Movie
(and I've got a few albums out myself).
Food: Mostly lean protein, fruit, and vegetables. I love seafood. Vitamix = :) I generally keep it pretty healthy but have no shame in enjoying pizza or cookies either. I love cooking!
Movies: I love smart commentaries on the human experience (Her) and really stupid comedies (Step Brothers).
TV: I'm not a big TV watcher, but am occasionally down to hang out at home and do that with the right company.
Sports: Snowboarding, surfing, beach volleyball, tennis, boxing, weight/circuit training, yoga, pilates, hiking, swimming, and anything else that seems fun.
Travel: Lucky for unforgettable experiences in Africa, Asia, Europe, and across North America. Still on my list: South America, Australia/New Zealand, Antarctica (for the penguins), Maldives, and any/everywhere else with good snorkeling.
