About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Saving the world. A little. Or, you know, trying to take over the world. Whatever happens first.
ABOUT ME
I spend the last five years living by Oasis' 'All we need our lives in a suitcase'; more or less intentionally. Studied, lived and worked in the Netherlands, Germany, United Kingdom and the U.S and will soon venture to Lithuania.
I could be described as a sarcastic, extroverted, passionate Intersectional Feminist and world wanderer, with a suppressed creative side. Or at least I'd like that description for myself.
Coping with the suppressed creativity by making costumes and playing the ukulele and fortunately got the chance to put my feminism to good use study and work-wise.
PHILOSOPHY
Try to reach the impossible to achieve the possible.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Due to my living arrangements I was really more on the taking than on the giving side and missed to actively participate during my time in London, though am determined to change that once I made it to Lithuania.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Thanks to this beautiful community I couch-surfed the U.S. East cost. All the way from New Orleans to Canada. 10 cities. 10 amazing hosts. Hundreds of stories.
Interests
People and their stories and perspectives. Music. Books. Martial-Arts. The Ukulele. Gender Equality. Anti-Discrimination. LGBTQ-Rights. Traveling. Learning. Baking awesome chocolate cake. Finding the cheapest flights. Figuring out how to fit more into a small suitcase. Always finding the one German beer served.

Many and more.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Life. Loved, suffered, learned, engaged, succeeded, failed. Traveled, learned, taught. It comes down to people, really.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you how to swear in German plus all the nice things and how to bake. I can teach you about Gender Theory, Feminist Epistemology, Interesectional Feminism, some ukulele and some self-defense.
However, I believe we always learn something from every person we meet, from their stories and their perspectives, so there is that as well.
