About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Trying to immerse myself in new places, learning what life is about one conversation at a time, eating lots of food.... Wishing everyone happy journeys!

ABOUT ME

I have spent the past three years moving from coast to coast in the USA. I moved to Taipei last year, and from there got wanderlust pretty bad. Explored south India, trekked to Mount Everest in Nepal, spent 3 months in Thailand and Cambodia. Very excited to be returning to India!

PHILOSOPHY

Life's a wave, ride it!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE WITH COUCHSURFING

I'm still new but I am looking forward to both hosting and surfing. I move around a lot so I also hope to use cs as a platform to make new friends when I'm in a new place. By far the best part of couchsurfing is meeting new people!

Interests

I enjoy learning people's stories and experiencing new things. I ate a duck's heart a week ago and am reallllly looking forward to great veggie food in India now. I am also very interested in anything concerning nature. People are fascinating to me and I really enjoy a good conversation. I also love to party :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Sirens of Titan and other Kurt Vonnegut novels, The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes, Lord of the Rings, No One Thinks of Greenland, and I enjoy any books by Avi, Harry Potter will always be close to my heart, Wicked (the musical), Les Miserables (the musical), and I enjoy reading texts concerning religion such as the Tao Te Ching, and there is a really good book called the Tao of Pooh concerned with Taoism as well, Reading People, and as far as music goes I will always love Red Hot Chili Peppers, Madonna, and Modest Mouse, but I enjoy everything from jazz to electronic music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Survived the end of the world in 2012... haha remember that? The Mayan calendar and everything? Good times... I also might have dug the first hole of the 3rd millennium.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm always up for learning new recipes, and sharing my own

Music is a big influence on me and I am always looking for more

Philosophies, ways of living, happiness... I will talk about anything, no hesitation

Guitar jamming, or with any instrument available I'd love to play along!

Alcohol, if you're into that
