About Me

Hi. I'm based in East London, and love to travel and experience new places and cultures. I like to be immersed in the real life of a place rather than see it as a tourist. When I travel I enjoy exploring ruins, archeological sites, museums and having long walks through the countryside or along the beech. Rambling through the old town or historic areas of a city is also fascinating.....getting lost, not knowing what is around the corner, finding a new place to eat or an intriguing street to wander down.

I meditate, and lived for seven years as a Buddhist monk. Now I teach meditation and run classes here in London as well as corporate mindfulness training. I like to read, goto the theatre and listen to music and most enjoy long conversations with friends over a tea somewhere quiet or going for a walk together to explore a new part of London.

I teach a meditation group for gay/bi/trans men and also work as a Sacred Sexuality massage therapist, so since leaving the monastery I've looked at bringing together both the spiritual and sensual sides of life.
