First time trying out couch surfing!

I'm an easy going, fun, kind and respectful person. I've grown up here in Ottawa my entire life and want to see so much more than just my home town. I've graduated from college twice, and am currently working in my field as a Casting Assistant, helping with booking actors for movies and tv shows that happen in Ottawa, Toronto and Montreal.

I also work part time at Starbucks as a Barista, which is probably the best job.

I really enjoy photography, traveling, making videos and writing scripts and eating some new food! I'm pretty open minded.

After graduating and getting a full time job in my hometown, I realized I never really got the chance to explore like many other students and adults my age who took a year off and travelled. So I would be looking forward to just exploring new places, and meeting new people to help give tips on places to see and hear about different steps in life.

Some things that I'm interested in are photography, and videography. Basically just the creation of an art for fun. Doesn't even have to be seen anywhere. Really enjoy making photo series with my friends and/or making movies with them in it.

Learning about others and their stories is always great as well. Hearing where people come from and what they've been through - to learn from their experiences and stores is always refreshing!

Also really enjoy staying active. Going out during summer to do activities like ziplining or rock climbing, and going to the gym during the winter.

Aside from that just spending time outdoors or even spending a night in with friends and a movie would be a great day for me.

My favourite music actually varies from different genres. As of right now, my favourite artists have to be Ellie Goulding, Years & Years, Sam Smith, Halsey, Disclosure and Ed Sheeran.

Favorite Movies is a tough one - being in the industry, I support all good films! But I'd have to say The XMen movies(any and all), Marvel movies, Aloha, Juno, and Bridesmaids of course.

Books that I tend to read are comedy books by actors. Tina Feys, Bossypants. Amy Phoelers, Yes I Can. Mamrie Harts, You deserve a drink.

Write a script and create my first 30 minute movie for a project. Probably the best feeling wrapping on that last day.
