I love to travel and meet new people! I am always eager to learn from others and hear their stories. Currently I am really motivated to learn more about gardening and an overall self-sustainable form of living. I love the ocean and would like to learn how to sail someday. My interests are always changing but the love for traveling never seems to diminish. Personally I am very easy-going and a major fence-sitter on most topics of conversation. I tend to debate everything in my own head and the only thing I am absolutely sure of is that I am not really sure about anything at all! However I respect all opinions and ideas and am very open-minded. I am not out to convince anyone about anything, but am open to being convinced about everything : )

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I have already had the opportunity to both host and surf through Couchsurfing and the experience has been 100% positive so far! Sometimes it's nice to stay in a hotel but it is also a great experience to meet local people and learn about their way of thinking and living. Couchsurfing provides an excellent way of experiencing the latter.

Intereses

I am very fascinated with the ocean and have been for as long as I can remember. I would love to learn how to sail! Recently I have become very interested in learning more about gardening and the overall idea of becoming more self-sufficient. That being said, I have hardly any experience with this! I am determined to change that.

I like most types of music and need a variety overtime. I get tired of specific genres overtime. However, my favorite artist is Kenny Chesney. Probably because of his constant connections with that amazing island lifestyle!

I like all movies. I am so easily entertained. I would be a terrible movie critic.

I wish I read more, but I do use Audible a lot to listen to books. I prefer historical fiction, but again... I am easily entertained. I enjoy most books I have read.

I can help with learning English or Spanish. I do have some experience teaching both languages professionally. I am eager to learn about gardening and self-sustainable living. Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

I am happy to provide you with a private place to relax and sleep. My kids split their time with me and their mom. I only host on the days when they are not with me. This means that you will get the entire downstairs to yourself. It has plenty of room and your own bathroom. I can set up two twin beds and there is a big couch. I have a projector down there where you can watch whatever you want (Netflix, Disney+, etc.). I respect your privacy and avoid going downstairs while guests are there. The upstairs has a kitchen that you are welcome to use. There is plenty of parking and the neighborhood is as safe as it gets.
