No past, no future. Be relaxed and present in the moment, not stressed, anxious and over thinking. Just breathe.

Be positive and mature, it affects everyone around if you are positive and smile large.

Appreciate beauty, life is amazing!

Treat everybody like your family, they will love you for it.

Live free, let others be free.

Respect other peoples beliefs, opinions and actions. Meet people without judgement and they will love you for it.

I like a good movie on the odd ocasion, love to introduce people to classic NZ films

All sorts of music, classic rock, classical music, reggae, rap, electronic, dubstep, really anything that is talented

Books on philosophy, or biographies of historic heros that inspire me, books of travellers tales

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Lived in a circus & bike community in a warehouse.

Hitch hiking for the first time to get home was incredibly special, soaking up the scenery in detail as I slowly walked for a few hours, feeling grateful as friendly people drove me more miles, the feeling of relief as you find food and water.

Fiordlands was absolutely beautiful when we went for a trip to Milford Sounds, and hanging out the window playing harmonica through the milford tunnel while driving.

Driving up a tall mountain at night and looking up always makes me feel awestruck, love the stars.

Teach, Learn, Share

We can teach each other about our passions and cultures.

I can teach you meditation.

We can share stories.
