PHILOSOPHY

For me, the beauty of life is enough in itself. I try not to create any distance from it by philosophy and speculation about it. I simply try to live my life, directly and immediately, in the hopes that I come out of it a more enriched person. Being alive is so captivating and exciting. No creed, code, or catechism could possibly sum it up.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Since I can remember Ive been afraid of heights. Just climbing a a tree, or standing near the edge of a balcony would frighten me deeply. I decided to go skydiving to explore the root of this fear. Surprisingly, despite the obvious terror, there was a silent sense of peace or serenity in the background. I later read a book that advised reader to ask him/herself when upset, "Can I see the peace in this?"
