Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I need a place to stay in the short term for a new job in Pasadena before eventually moving to the Westwood area at the end of Summer 2017.

No experience couchsurfing, but I've used AirBnB a number of times. It's great to know that these communities still exist. I always grew up with stories of how my grandparents would give the shirt off their backs to strangers, so this is how I like to approach things.
