Hi there!
My name is Nick and I'm a swedish backpacker who will be traveling through Asia 2024 with my friend Gustav during April-August!

■ Well then, who are we?
We are two adventurous souls eager to widen our global telescope and to explore the vast continent of Asia with its rich history and fascinating culture!

Prior to our trip Gustav worked as a school teacher and I as a forester in a rural area in Sweden. We have known each other since we were kids and love hiking, traveling, exercising and indulging in music/movies!

■ Why coachsurfing?
Traveling the world living at hostels is great, but sharing the experience through the eyes of other surfers? That's dynamite. They give you the REAL experience of everyday life. Some of my fondest travel memories are from hanging out with surfers.

■ What can we offer?
Meaningful conversations, openness and authenticity. We don't mind helping out with dishes and house chores - and would never skip a movie night 😉 or any other fun activities!

I love to exercise and taking care of my body. Interested in sports, like football and basketball, I also enjoy extreme sports like bouldering, diving and surfing.

In addition I'm also fond of hiking and trekking, and try to complement the strength training with spiritual work, like meditation, yoga and breath work - which serves as a great addition for the overall balance.

I enjoy discovering new genres and listen to pretty much everything. Some of my favorites: Chris Brown, Lord Huron, Jungle Hollow Coves and soul in general.

I can talk movies all day long!
Interstellar, The Warriors (79'), Dazed and Confused, Into the Wild, Pulp Fiction.

If I'm picking something from the library, it would probably be Tolkien or The Wheel of Time.
