COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I went around the East Coast this year for a week or so with a couple friends. Washington DC, NYC, Philadelphia, Newhaven CT. All great places and awesome people!

last summer i met some ppl in Tangier, Nantes, Lyon, and Dublin who were unbelievable hosts!

Interests

I love the arts and travelling. I'm a huge music/film person and I love to read as well as learn about different artists. But I can also enjoy a good beer while watching the game!

I love to learn, so anytime I can game up an interesting conversation with someone, I'm happy. To me, nothing could be better than meeting somebody new and having some drinks telling stories and learning about life.

Music, Movies, and Books

All kinds of music, except for pop or [most] stuff that you'd find on the radio. I'm sort of a music nerd and I'm always trying to find new bands that I like--sometimes it's difficult so share! Favorites are blues, 60s, psychedelic rock, jazz, just a little bit of everything!

My favorite movies are Wes Anderson movies. Darjeeling Limited or Rushmore are probably my favorites. I like the classics, and stupid ones like Caddyshack too :) Pick my brain about movies if you'd like--my best friend studies film so I'll see what I can do.

I love literature. poetry in particular. studied roman & Greek literature, those are some of my favorites.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

At a school I'd interned at in the Netherlands, I watched a Saudi Arabian girl and an Israel boy high five each other when they agreed on an opinion of "The House on Mango Street". I'll never forget it.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can play the guitar and bass so I'd be glad to teach that. I also like to write. Oh, and I've been told I'm a half-decent cook!
