Because I love art, film, music, dance, theatre, bookstores, reading in cafes, etc., I am usually excited to go to some exhibit/show/screening. Whether it's the current Munch exhibit at the Neue Gallerie, or Degas at MOMA. Waiting in line to try and win the lottery to see Hamilton. Seeing a new French film at IFC or a classic at Film Forum. Going to some indie concert at an intimate venue in Brooklyn. So, if you're into that kind of thing, I can share my passion for those things with you!

Also, one of my favorite things to do in New York is, when the weather is nice, to go to Washington Square, sit on a bench and read and write, listen to live music, have ever-interesting encounters with strangers. I can share some of my favorite spots -- cafes, bookstores, parks, squares, jazz clubs etc. -- with people visiting and wanting to experience New York from the point of view of a young artist.
