Hi! We are a couple from Portland, Oregon that is taking time from school to travel around Europe. We both went to school in Montana, with Nick a Montana State alum and Victoria a Carroll College alum. Though we are a young couple, we're pretty sure we are actually quite old at heart. We love waking up to sunshine in the morning, and slowly sipping a hot cup (or 4...) of coffee while we read a good book. We are on couchsurfing because we love experiencing local lifestyles, sharing stories, and making new memories with amazing people all over the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Victoria is taking a year off before going to graduate school for her PhD in Chemistry, and Nick is taking a year off before grad school as well :)

We are trying to use our year wisely by exploring new countries and cultures for the next 10 months. We will be traveling all around Europe and are looking for fun and casual places to stay so that we can really immerse ourselves in a new place.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

We began dating in high school, Nick was 17 and Victoria was 16. We made our relationship last all throughout long- distance dating in college, and are now traveling the world together-- a dream we've had for almost as long as we've been together.

Other amazing things we've done? Rock climbing in Austria, watching the sun set over the Tatras in Slovakia, take a yoga class in Slovenia at a cafe where you only pay for the time you're there not the coffee you drink, and work at a Moroccan yoga studio writing for their online blog for one month.
