Overview
About Me
Ready to host from 2023 (September)
CURRENT MISSION
To learn and see more, and to tell some stories along the way :)
ABOUT ME
I'm a freethinking Aussie that loves a good adventure. I love people and food, and combined with some awesome scenery is a perfect day for me. I'm a teacher back in Australia, and have done a couple of months also teaching in London till I ran away from the weather to the mainland, and am now travelling about trying to learn as much from as many locals as possible.
PHILOSOPHY
Cherish people not places... Share what you have while you can :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Had an amazing time listening to the insights of the hosts I've stayed with, I'm always up for cooking dinner or having a beer!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Have been couchsurfing through France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Bulgaria and Turkey.I've hosted people from all sorts of life on my own couch independently, and I'm always one to share what I have.
Interests
Smiling, reading, and most importantly the great outdoors! I love suggestions from couch surfers about camping spots and where to eat/drink, and to share an authentic experience with the locals! I have just returned to Australia after working in the Middle East for the past 6 years - don't remember paying for couchsurfing in the past :P
Music, Movies, and Books
I love any good yarn that lays a seed of knowledge in your mind and leaves you craving more.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Skiing in Hakuba, and going to Kruger National Park when I was a young lad. That place at sunset still gives me goosebumps.
Teach, Learn, Share
Anyone with something to share and doesn't mind sharing it
Countries I’ve Lived In
Australia, England, Kuwait
