My name is Niclas, I am a 22 year old student from Germany, living his best life in North Carolina. I'm a part of the great swim team, which surrounds me with people from all over the world, keeping me curious on checking out new places and learning about new cultures. I have been active on couchsurfing a while ago and just reanimated my profile. I am looking to meet some people from all different backgrounds that are interested in chatting over a coffee or beer.

I am a swimmer most of my time and spend 90% of my free time in and around a pool. When I'm not in season I prefer to wakeboard with my friends or take the longboard for a ride. I like all kinds of sports, most important is to go outside and explore.
I'm always down for a good book/movie, depending on what you have to offer.

My favorite books are definitely nonfiction books like the autobiography of Lance Armstrong or Steve Jobs (probably my all time favorite book). I'm also a big fan of Simon Sinek and Adam Grant.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Well... Amazing can be different things for different people. One of the coolest things I've done was taking a bicycle with my best friend, going from the centre of Germany to Amsterdam, spending all 13 nights with people from the Couchsurfing community. This has given me the chance to meet so many crazy personalities with some of which I am still in touch!
