HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

partly surfing, partly hosting. whenever it comes to traveling, I consider staying with locals / couchsurfing as a starting point. Due to CS I got to now so many interesting people and mostly these are the people who provide you with the really interesting travel hints. This is how you get to know the secret places of your travel destination and this is how you really can delve into a country's culture and explore its real character...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

my best CS experience?
When I travelled belgium, our bus broke down and we got an emergency couch at Leuven. Our host was not only kind and friendly but also gave as a CD of a band he was couchsurfing with in Berlin. Thanks to this guy I not only had a warm bed to sleep in but also got to know some really nice reggae music, I never heard of before!
