I'm an adventurous and heartfelt guy who loves to build, create and repair things and feels most content when getting to work outdoors 🌞

art, wildlife, anything built from wood, sustainably grown/produced foods and the company of my wonderful friends are just a few things I’m very passionate about.

I’m a committed yogi who appreciates deep and honest conversations on personal and psychological experiences and growth. Processing such shared stories fuels me to be the best version of myself not only for myself but others as well. I’m a community- and peace-oriented empath who’s well self-reflected due to both the bright and dark sides of (self-) analysis.

Otherwise I'm a big supporter of people who stick to their guns, stand up for themselves and generally don't shy away from showing emotions.

As for sports and body/soul/immunity boosters I enjoy bouldering, running, biking, swimming, hiking and practicing with poi and my contact staff.
