Before I describe myself, I just want to acknowledge that this whole system requires a lot of trust. I'm asking you to trust me that I'm a good human being with integrity and kindness, because I truly am, and unfortunately I can't prove it any more than that.

I love the wilderness and music. I played bass in a bluegrass band for three years and in a few rock bands. I'm so grateful for the people I've met through music--they're some for the best. The reason I love the outdoors is because the simplicity of it just feels good and the perspective it gives me is like nothing else.

I love my family and am a massive believer in them as they are in me. I'm always up to talking about the big questions of life, because I think they're the most worth talking about.
