Hellooo! My name is Nicola, I’m 23 years old boy from Mantova, a small super nice Italian town. I'm currently studying in Milan attending a master’s degree in management engineering for sustainable operations and social innovation. I' m also teaching math to young kids even though this is not my main activity. This year I had the most amazing experience of my life! I had an exchange semester in Trondheim, Norway, north of the world! I just came back and actually I miss it a lot! Anyway I've always loved to travel and actually I' m now aspiring to visit and explore as much countries, places, cultures and people as possible :D

I' m interested in many things, sometimes really far from my field of study. I read a lot, I perform in theatre. When studying and working I follow the principles from lean management and continuous improvement theories.

I've so much to see, I'm trying to be a careful viewer and listener.

Recently I just realized that, after all, empathy and social dynamics have always been my main interest. Something I've been always looking for and try to seize in all my experiences
