THIS IS ME:
I always been an adventurous traveller but always safe! I always get all the vaccines my traveling around the world required and be protected but even more I always payed attention to my health without waiting any emergency could be a virus or any bad life habit. For me it’s vital practicing sport and exercises in my daily routine for don’t mention food! Don’t get me wrong I’m a Monk ha ha, as a traveller trying and enjoying different and “exotic” foods and drinks its part my traveling and discover the world. I’m “technically” vegetarian (70% for my body, 30% for my plausure) and I avoid junk food, processed food, sugar, salt. I really like vegetables, different types of seeds.
P.S. - When I travel I'm more easygoing 😃

I really like to travel and I believe the best way to understand a country is by understanding its people. Meeting new people is a reason by itself why we exist in and run around in this world.

human body impress me a lot... So I always check about his mechanisms trying different phisic exercises but also experiment nutrition and fasting too

Risotto it's one of my favourite dish and basically you can choose the main 1 or 2 incredients to make the taste... So the list of the options its pretty long... mmm

In the past I practiced riding bike and running but right now I just like to run my body weigh exercises and trying learning swimm

Music for sure!! The passion for old sound.. Rock, blues, prog and spych from the 60s and 70s...But Jazz-Fusion it's the dope to me... From classic and smoke traditional piano-drums-bass or fully horns passing through electronic contaminations and improvisation... Jumping to N.W.O.B.H.M. early steps of metal, rock seeking till grunge and djent.. But yeah no worries bro electronic, ambient and experimental it's always in my mind, in my walking, in my breathing

And when I'm alone? Wait a minute.. No! Always reading!! Literature, short stories, philosophy, poetry and theater!!
Dostoevskij, Poe, Thomas Mann, Ibsenz, Beckett, Moliere, Kundera... So let's move to the other coast... Henry Miller, Steinbeck, Caldwell, Faulkner, Amado, Malamud, Bunker... Ok let's drink a coffee to finish the list!!

Movies guys!!... I really like be shocked by Bergmann, Kurosawa, Wenders, Teshigahara, Shindo... Be raped by Von Trier, Fassbinder, Refn, Loach.... Be delighted by Truffaut, Malle, Resnais.... Be confused by Kaurismaki, Bela Tarr, Coen, Jarmush, Fellini, Antonioni.... And just die with Hal Hartley!!!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Walking in the middle of nowhere through a deserted land between est Kyrgyzstan into the border Gorno-Badakhshan, without food and water and no idea if I'm gonna make it

Travelling in Afghanistan undercover and don't know who caming across holdin a kalashnikov were bad or good guys

Crossing whole Mongolia for more than 40 hours bus till the western part of the country and not be sure if the Chinese border were open
