ABOUT ME

Hello!
I have been living in Kitakyushu, Japan since May 2013. I work as an ESL teacher working with all age groups, from kindergarten to high school. I love my job but I'm not allowed to use Japanese! Which makes it difficult to learn. So I would love to set up a language exchange with someone who would like to learn more English! I love meeting new people, especially those who love to travel and experience new cultures.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Unfortunately my place is small so I can't host. I'm interested in meeting people all over Japan, not just Kitakyushu!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been a member for a while but have only recently used it for meeting people. All my experience has been good!

Interests

I like to read, write, travel, chat, drink and generally procrastinate with fun. I'm also terrible at writing about myself so don't judge me too harshly based on this.

I accidentally walked across the Brooklyn Bridge during the most colorful and dramatic sunset I've ever seen.
