Dear all, it's been 8 years now that I'm on Couchsurfing and I have met amazing people from all around the world in this period who have found their way to tiny Luxemburg. Some of them have become genuine friends and I feel extremely thankful!!

I grew up in Luxembourg where my parents decided to send me to a Steiner-School and I therefore experienced a rather "alternative" education. Steiner's philosophy (called "Anthroposophy") is a huge topic but one of the bigger contrasts to the conventional system is that similar value is given to the Arts and Music.
My trips throughout the world have made me want to study Culture and I therefore decided to move to Vienna, Austria, to study Social and Cultural Anthropology. More precisely, this interest originated from my trip to Mexico and the Lacandones-tribe area on the Yucatan Peninsula where I was deeply inspired by a book by ethnopharmacologist Christian Rätsch.

I currently work full time as a Tour Manager, organising international orchestral tours.
