ABOUT ME

I'm an eternal learner, a geek, a wanderer. I love traveling, really enjoy meeting new people, and crave seeing the world. I don't like traveling for the sake of traveling, though, and hate the whole "let's spend 1 day in each city rushing around and getting to see ALL the places so we can cross out flags". I like to take a new place in, spend a week, two, a month… :)

I'm also a total nerd. I love pretty much anything geeky. From Star Wars to Doctor Who, computers to board games. I read, as much as I can. Specially fantasy and sci-fi. I watch lots of TV shows (through the wonders of the internet, I haven't owned a TV in years), and love watching movies. I'm into photography. Trying to learn and improve (still a work in progress, but hey, I'll get there!).

In general, I try to have a positive attitude towards life. Try to enjoy it, and good, enjoyable things will happen :)

Learn as much as you can about as much stuff as you can possibly manage to keep in your head =)

And be happy, and try your best make other people happy. Usually you'll find that the latter brings the former, so it's THAT simple ;)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So far, I've hosted a lot of people, and met some wonderful people along the way. I haven't traveled a lot, but that's about to change :)

兴趣

First and foremost: Learning, having fun, and meeting new people. Computers, books, movies, role-playing games, knowledge in general... I'm a geek and I'm proud to be one!

音乐、电影和书籍

Movies: gah, lots! Depending on how much free time I have on my own I might watch up to 2 movies per day, so... =) I enjoy sci-fi, fantasy and any movie with a good dialogue and plot.

Books: ...and the time I don't spend watching movies, I usually spend reading :) Particularly science fiction and fantasy novels by the likes of George R.R. Martin, Orson Scott Card, Frank Herbert, Isaac Asimov, JRR Tolkien, Tom Clancy (particularly his older stuff), Ursula K. Le Guin... I read a lot =)

Music: I find electronic, classical and hard metal to be good company for working. I'll hear to almost anything to keep my company though :)

Getting off random subway stops in Delhi and walking around neighborhoods where people are not used to seeing tourists. Meeting awesome people from all over the world. Fall down from a surfboard repeatedly while trying to learn.
