I am a Canadian girl currently living in Spain as an au pair. I've been bitten by the travel bug, and want to see as much of this world as I can.
I love to laugh, so finding hosts with a sense of humour would be awesome! I am a very positive person who loves to learn from others.

When I travel I don't just want to see the touristy places, and have a superficial experience. I want to really experience the culture. I think couch surfing is a really cool way to do that. I want to meet locals everywhere that I go, and share experiences together. I'm hoping that once I get back home to Canada after my year abroad that I can return the favour, and meet travellers from around the world.

My favourite book is Scar Tissue- the auto biography of Anthony Keidis. Some others that I really enjoyed are The Martian, Harry Potter, The Alchemist, Wild, Eat Pray Love, A Brief History of Time, and The Geography of Bliss.

My favourite TV shows are Doctor Who, Breaking Bad, How I Met Your Mother, New Girl, Master of None, Friends, Grace and Frankie,

I think the most amazing thing I've done to date has been moving to Spain by myself. It has been the scariest/most rewarding decision of my life.
