ABOUT ME

I'm a very friendly, laid back person and all the other things people usually write on CS :) I'm also very polite and respectful and can be a little goofy sometimes. I'm very good at picking up the energy of the people surrounding me. I'm usually a little shy but backpacking solo has really brought me out of my shell! I love to have fun and laugh and I am very good at finding the positive in everything (although not annoyingly so). As a writer, I absolutely love listening to other people's stories and ask a lot of questions. I like new experiences and learning anything new. I'm vegan but will be reverting to vegetarian for my trip. I'm a huge animal lover!

I'm GAY and am very interested in learning about the LGBTQ scene in each place I visit. So for guys and girls - I'm ONLY looking for friendship. I know that's a little strange to write on my profile but unfortunately, I've had some uncomfortable moments.

Also, I'm a hugger.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm surfing at the moment on my backpacking trip around Europe. Hopefully when I get home and settled in the near future, I can start hosting and giving back!

I've been hosted by some really wonderful people in the UK, Ireland, The Netherlands, Germany, Czech Republic, Greece, Italy, and France so far.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Probably this trip that I am on! I've seen and done so many things, I've met so many amazing people, been allowed to share a small piece of their lives and been touched by so much generosity - it's completely amazing!

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to learn anything! I'm very interested in different cultures and people. Would love to try new foods, learn a little bit of a new language, feel the energy of a town or city. Would love to hear stories of other people's experiences.

I would love to share my experiences and what it is like where I live. Sharing music is cool! I'm not the best cook (still learning) but I bake and I have some great recipes.
