About Me
Currently travelling with my husband Pete, while we are both taking a one year career break
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
We hope to connect with locals and experience a different way of travelling and living this year. We remember how great Airbnb used to be when interaction with the hosts was the norm, and it wasn’t just about profit. Those were some of our all time most special travel memories. We are looking for that type of cultural exchange.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Camped in the Sahara under a sea of stars, with a group of strangers who we eventually found out we had a friend in common with. Small world. Also, running in the 2010 Vancouver Olympic Torch Relay.
Teach, Learn, Share
Hard question to answer! Every connection will be different I think.
