I was born in Nairobi but grew up in Johannesburg. I recently moved back to South Africa after a decade in my native country, Kenya .Took a 5 day bus ride from Kenya to South Africa, through several countries. It was legendary . Would I do it again ? Absolutely not 😂 I probably will though .

I'm currently working on writing my very first book titled : "Navigating South Africa : A guide for newcomers and expats." It's the reason I'm back active on Couchsurfing.

I have hosted (in kenya ) more people than I have references for because all of them were sent to me by my reference, Chelsea . The Queen of hosting and Mama Africa to all 😍 Lol she is absolutely amazing 👏🏾 ❤️ and I've met a lot of amazing humans through her 😁 Even now , she's still connecting me with surfers she hosted in Kenya that live in SA . It's going to be my first time being hosted and I'm kinda nervous but also excited 😊 because I know it will all add up to a great book.

I hope to meet altuiristic, beautiful souls with whom I can enjoy simple things such as an intelligent conversation over a glass of wine . I'd love to learn new languages as well as recipes since I love to cook. I believe each and every person has something to teach me so I just want to soak up all that knowledge and hopefully I can teach them a little something in return.

I listen to Indie music mostly and I have to confess SZA is my all time celebrity crush , if you haven't heard of her you should probably search for her music and be sure to thank me later . I also enjoy reggae music ,old school RnB and all 90's music .
I love romantic comedies and the best one yet is Isn't It Romantic , it came out 2019 so if you love RomComs you need to check it out.
My all time favorite author is Nicholas Sparks , he's the one who wrote , "The Notebook", "Dear John", "The Last Song", "At First Sight." , "A Walk to remember" and many more amazing novels , I'll stop before you get bored .
