About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Planning my first foray into backpacking - in Europe!

ABOUT ME

Let's see. Passions range from skydiving to getting lost in a book. I'm very active and curious, and just love to have eye-opening experiences. Top priority in life is LEARNING! I consider myself very positive and easy-going, which leads me to be really accepting and interested in other people.

PHILOSOPHY

"Not all those who wander are lost."
-J.R.R. Tolkien

I feel like I may always be wandering in life - I can never seem to settle on something when it comes to personal philosophies like politics or religion because there's always new information to learn. That being said I do stick to my personal morals. Just because I'm wandering doesn't mean I'm lost!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm new because I haven't been able to travel up until now - and I look forward to hosting in the future!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Zilch! Heard about this from a friend and can't wait to try it out someday.

Interests

Recently graduated with my Masters in Family Counseling, so I guess you could say I'm interested in people and relationships. Sociology and psychology too. I enjoy staying fit and active, mostly with outdoorsy things like stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, or hiking. I also love exploring new places with friends and learning new things through reading articles and books. I also like sporting events, the beach, and museums.
