ABOUT ME

I am a Student at Northern Arizona University, currently abroad in Leeds, England. I am enjoying every minute of it.

I'm 20 years old, and half Mexican! I am a very optimistic person :)

I'm not a picky surfer, for I will be just as happy on the floor. Just the generosity of you welcoming me into your home is greatly appreciated!

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life by "The Secret." If I want to do something, I make it happen. I am exploring the world as much as I can, which is not what a lot of 20 year olds can say.

I'm busy living my life to the fullest, instead of worrying about anybody else's.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I recently just heard about the CS Project. I think it is a wonderful idea, and a great way to get to know different cities and countries a little more in depth. I am currently traveling and cannot host anyone, but would be happy to host when I get back to Tucson or Flagstaff!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

To date, I have not had any CS experiences. During my stay in Barcelona, my sister and I met a traveler from England who was CouchSurfing his way across different countries. It really opened our eyes to a great opportunity, and that's why I have looked into it further.

At the end of April, I am doing a backpacking trip with 5 main destinations. I would just LOVE the chance to meet and get to know people, that I could possibly have a chance to host in the future.

兴趣

I'm a film major, so anything that has to do with film. I like to watch movies, as well as make them. Traveling comes to a close tie! I've taken every opportunity I have had, and I have been very lucky with the places I have been in my life thus far. I also enjoy camping and hiking. My grandpa owns land in Northern California, and he has been training me ever since I was 8 years old. I have hiked in most Northwest States, as well as Canada. My family and friends are the most important thing to me.

I also enjoy cooking, pubs, going to the movies and to dinner, photography, and the beach. I am a big dog person, and I love pets!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

The most amazing thing I have done is moving to another country and not knowing a single person. It was as exciting as it was scary. The point of it was to make new friends and meet new people, and I have succeeded greatly. I love my life in Leeds, England!
