About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Live life to the fullest! Be happy, healthy and wise!

ABOUT ME

I spend my days being a law student in Sydney, however I do not want to end up working in a corporate law firm. Rather, I want to save the world! I plan to be an environmental lawyer and protect all the creatures on earth!
I love music - all kinds. I love making music, listening to music, chilling to music, dancing to music, cooking to music, singing to music.....you get my drift :)
I love travelling and metting new people! While I have travlled with my family in Asia while I was growing, my best travel experience so far has been my exchange to Austria (Graz). I LOVED it! I loved the excitement of getting to know a new person, a new culture, a new language and a new outlook on life. It's also why I love couchsurfing.
This year I am taking time off between study and a career in environmental management to explore the world. I have booked an around the world ticket and plan to travel from Sydney to Asia (to teach English to primary school children), then to Europe and finally to central and south America! I am so excited and can't wait for the journey to begin!

PHILOSOPHY

Make a difference!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have participated in the past through surfing, so far in Belgium, Netherlands, Portugal, Czech Republic and Germany. I also have surfed in the US. But when I get home to Australia I would like to do more. I would love to host people myself and show them around the beautiful and exciting city of Sydney. My friends and I have already made "To Do Lists" for when we have our own couch surfers stay with us!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had some great experiences couch surfing! The best part for me is getting to know different and interesting people, who have a local knowledge of the place they are living, and most importantly the culture of the place. I've had some great home-cooked dinners getting to know my hosts (some of them cooked by myself) and had the privilege of receiving some valuable advice on how to really get to know the place I was staying on a local level, rather than a superficial tourist level.

Interests

I am interested in lifeeeee.......I like to try new things and like to keep an open minded.
I love music, dance, tennis, lying in the sun, cooking (sometimes), learning, reading, travelling, eating!, making friends, shopping, and any day at the beach.
I have recently started meditating and find it a really powerful tool to creating inner peace. If that doesn't work - a cocktail will!
