ABOUT ME

i am a twenty year old woman and i like music and art and things like that, but i'm also really into science and geology and geography and studying maps and space and Carl Sagan and Neil DeGrasse Tyson and working in cafés and going on hikes and longs walks and nature and blogging on the tumblr and run-on sentences. i don't know what else to put here. i also don't like using capital letters on the internet. i think it's because i don't like to appear too bold. proper grammar seems too bold to me, i don't know. i consider myself a dreamer, considering i am a pisces and an INFP, so that kind of works for me. i like reading, i like tea and coffee, i like people and i would love at some point to spend some time working on a farm or three.

i actually recently saw a quote by hermann hesse that i agree with but i don't have a specifica personal 'philosophy' other than living in love (which i seem to forget some times...)

currently i am traveling and staying with people, but once i have the ability to host, i will be hosting as much as possible because i love this site. it's a great service.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i spent three weeks surfing in england and scotland, and right now (jan '13) i am surfing around the states and soon will travel south to central america..

but some movies i dig include synecdoche new york, an education, , scott pilgrim, spirited away, pan's labyrinth, the fall, princess mononoke, sweeney todd, rushmore, o brother where art thou, kill bill...

and my fav tv shows are parks n rec, avatar, mad men, the it crowd and spaced. also i liked the first few seasons of skins and misfits.

oh i am also a huge harry potter and lotr fan. :~)

um.. well. i can teach ya how to sing well, if you're interested! i love giving lessons but rarely have the opportunity. and i am open to learning most things. :~)
