I am an outdoor enthusiast that travels all over to find fun new places. I follow my passions throughout all aspects of life and work as a river outfitter in the splendid Fort Benton Montana. I love skiing, biking of all kinds, a variety of river recreating, backpacking, camping and rock climbing. I love hosting things at my house and enjoy cooking for people and showing them around my wonderful state. Although I travel all over, I will always call Montana home. I have a fun home with lovely critters and a wonderful garden. I enjoy the small things in life and have come to love all the wonderful people I meet along the way.

I am couchsurfing because I enjoy traveling. What better way to travel than to find new people in new places. I love diving into new cultures and new places. I enjoy hearing about all of the local spots in areas and I find that locals know best.

Wow, there are so many interests out there that I don’t know where to start. I find the best way to sooth the soul and put a smile on my face is live music. Being from Montana, I can say that I do what ever I can outdoors. I like local flavors and local breweries.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

My top 3 favorite movies are UP, It’s a wonderful life, and Forest Gump. If I am to watch a TV show I would say its New Girl or Orange is the New Black. I like almost all live music. However, my favorite is bluegrass and Indie music. Some of my top favorite bands are Brandi Carlile, Railroad Earth, Amos Lee, Crooked Still, Ben Harper, Citizen Cope, The Civil Wars, Dolly Parton, Dixie Chicks, Eddie Vedder, Ellie Goulding, Gillian Welch, Yonder Mountain, String Cheese, Michael Franti, ETC.. I could go on forever naming bands. I really enjoy documentaries and non fiction books. I also have a spot for teen novels because of the mindless read.
