About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Run, Travel, Fun

ABOUT ME

RUN

I'm a marathon runner who aims at completing the 5 World Major Marathons (NYC, Berlin, Chicago, London and Boston) in 5 consecutive years - 60% completed so far, as I've just completed Chicago on 9th of October and took this opportunity to travel in Canada afterwards...

TRAVEL

I set myself this marathon objective 2 years ago in order to have the opportunity to combine all of my hobbies in one go: running, travelling and having fun discovering new people and cultures!

Having just run Chicago, my next step is London, that I'll run in April 2012 with 4 friends(my ambition would be to run it below 3h10).

Being now in Canada on my own until the 20th of October, I'd like to have the opportunity to couchsurf/just meet other travellers and possibly make new friends!

FUN

Althouth my job and passion of running might sound really serious to people who don't know me, I guarantee I always enjoy a few (or many...) beers (I'm from Belgium, after all!) and partying! People I appreciate like life and like sharing a good laugh, they don't take themselves too seriously.

So that's me in 3 words. RUN, TRAVEL, FUN.
Are you ready to host/meet me?

PHILOSOPHY

RESPECT:

BELIEVE:
"The things always happens that you really believe in; and the believe in a thing makes it happen", Frank Lloyd Wright.

DARE:

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm currently travelling (in Canada until 20th of October and NYC until 23rd), so unfortunately I can't host anyone... However I'm interested in being hosted and/or having the opportunity to meet up other courchsufers while I'm travelling in Canada...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I only have one couchsurfing experience in Warsaw, which was great! Very friendly and open-minded people the whole week-end we spent there.
