Philosophy: The goal of every sentient entity, including a human being, is to transform energy into structure using the most efficient ways. So we have to decrease local entropy and increase local structuring.
Happiness may be regarded as an epiphenomenon related to transcending limitations, both external and internal. No circular process generates happiness in long term periods.
