COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed in Lyon, France two years ago.

Traveling, photography, snowboarding, thunderstorms, backpacking, camping, rock climbing, caving, canoeing, doing anything in the great outdoors, exploring, discovering anything new, getting lost just so I can get unlost.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Paddled for 2 days across the southernmost tip of the arctic ocean (James Bay) to Moosonee in a canoes with 13 other people. Stopping to spend the night on a tiny island in the middle. Land was the thickness of a needle on the horizon. Our 2nd day paddling, on our way to Moosonee, we paddled for 18 hours in a huge headwind with 6-7 ft swells and finally hit land after dark. Most amazing experience of my life with people I'll never forget.
