Overview
About Me
Hey there! My name is Nihad, I am a second year engineering student here in Strasbourg and I'm looking forward to get out of my comfort zone and meet cool new people
I've been hanging out with Couchsurfers since I was little boy, thanks to my father, who hosted travelers in our hometown and sent me off to show them around. It was always a great experience, getting to know people from around the world and like some of the coolest people from around, and it has been amazing language practice for my French and English as well. So yeah, that's why I am looking forward to continue "my father's legacy" by hosting travelers here in Strasbourg, I want to meet up people who think differently than me, get to know their stories, and find some shared joy in being human I guess
Otherwise I quite enjoy partner dancing, training, boxing, walking, hiking, and occasionally getting a good pint of Kasteel Rouge ;)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
For now I wanna contribute by hosting and meeting up with people here in Strasbourg, though am looking forward to becoming a backpacker myself some day

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Last summer a dude I know asked me if I could help him organize a group tour to Nice.
I had never been there, but I was like "yeah why not" and I agreed to go on site a few weeks before the trip to organize all the logistics and stuff. And then when they arrived I became their improvised tour guide for 5 days.
It was a hell of a fun experience, harder and more stressful than I had expected, but in the end it did work out, the trip was amazing, especially the food (except whatever the f*ck that seashell risotto was haha)
Teach, Learn, Share
I will teach you how to solve second order differential equations of the form a*y(x)'' + b*y'(x)...
I'm joking, no math lectures. But if you are curious I could help you learn some basic phrases in Azerbaijani or some dance moves. Otherwise I'm looking forward to hearing from y'all
