ABOUT ME

I am a very open minded person. I am also very active, commute with my bike and try to practice yoga daily. I value friendships and make time for my friends who are around me or far. Whenever I can, I try to take the opportunity to travel. Apart from discovering new environments and landscapes, I love meeting new people.
I studied biology and sustainability sciences and am currently figuring out my professional life. I lived in the US for 3.5 years and returned to Germany early 2018.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am interested in meeting other people through the couchsurfing network and opening my mind with them. Right now hosting is difficult, because I don't have a permanent place.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have met so many awesome people while traveling and had the opportunity to host some world travelers in my home. I try to go into situations as open as possible. Some interactions are beautiful short-lived experiences and others end up in life long friendships. I haven't been disappointed yet and can't wait for more.
In general, I feel like everything you give to others comes back to you in many ways.

Some movies that I like: Alamar, La Mala Educación (or all Almodóvar movies), The Spanish Apartment, Good Bye Lenin, Moonlight, Boyhood, Bienvenue chez les Ch'tis, Soul Kitchen, Toni Erdmann. So many more though...

Currently, I listen to a lot of indie folk/acoustic folk, but depending on the mood I also like electronically influenced music, classical music, world music or just pop :)

Books: e.g. Momo (Michael Ende), Lippels Traum (Paul Maar), Va' dove ti porta il cuore/Follow your heart (Susanna Tamaro), M. Ibrahim and the Flowers of the Koran (Éric-Emmanuel Schmitt), Der ehrliche Lügner (Rafik Schami) , Walden (Henry David Thoreau), Desert Solitaire (Edward Abbey), Siddhartha (Hermann Hesse), but then I also enjoy easy reading and Harry Potter :D
