I am an expressive, creative creature. I have a strong urge to spend as much time as possible in nature. I care deeply about our Mother Earth and the future of our home. I love having peaceful and quiet moments to myself. I cherish simple things in life like the smell of my dog's paws, birds singing in the morning, swimming in my favourite river, singing around a bonfire (singing anywhere I want to and can), dancing wildly and freely, walking barefoot in the summer, playing and spending time with my nephews, my god, my two sisters and my brother, having a deep restorative rest, taking long walks, hiking, watching sunset or sunrise. Mostly things that nourish my soul, which also brings me fulfilment. I have a career in theatre (directing, performing, writing, assisting) and writing (articles, poetry, interviews), but am now taking much needed rest. I also do yoga, gaga dancing, buddhist meditation and I love to have fun. Fun for me is going on spontaneous trips, doing things I've never done before that excite me and challenge me, playing outdoor games, doing sports and learning new things about myself, about the world, the people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to meet new people, hang out with locals and have an authentic soulful experience. I feel alive when I surround myself with new people, new places and new experiences. I love spontaneous adventures and a sense of freedom.

I would love to travel more and It seems that Couchsurfing is a good way to do that.
