ABOUT ME

I really love cooking/baking and have a passion for the food industry in general. As a result I have a ridiculously large collection of recipes from all over the globe, a severely over used sunbeam mixer, a large dent in my bank account from too many visits to local cafes, a group of friends who expect cupcakes to accompany me everywhere I go (which they often do) and a little cake business on the side called 'Creations'. It all works together to keep me sane.... Some may argue this statement. I really wish I had more time to read. Actually I really wish I had more time in general. I want to travel and see the world. I love music and probably devote far too much time to it. Especially into punk, metal, hardcore but also have a soft spot for acoustic. Love going to live shows and make dodgy attempts to create my own stuff. Much to my friends and families dismay I've caught the travelling bug. I am off to Europe this year for a month and plan on backpacking next year for as long as my finances permit (fingers crossed 2 years). I love history and learning about different cultures and ways of life and just hanging out with different people, getting a different perspective on this crazy world we live in. I love my family and friends with every inch of my being and I now have a nephew Cooper, who is the coolest little thing in the world. I live for music and Jesus.

I saw my nephew being born.That was the most amazing experience of my life and everyday I get to see his smiling face. It just keeps getting better.
I am about to go on a missions trip to Bulgaria and then head around Europe for 3 weeks.

I can teach you to bake and I could talk for hours about music and philosophy. I'm guessing something would be learnt in those conversations.
