About Me

ABOUT ME

From the age of 5 to 15 i had three major obsessions: the color blue, wolves, and Germany (embarrassing but true, ask any of my childhood friends ;)

From the age of 15 to 25 they 'evolved' to become:
an interest in all things urban (architecture, urban design & development, sociology, urban anthropology, the arts, etc) and a general wanderlust, especially towards Latin America.

That said, these silly 'obsessions' of mine are really just second to my main interest: people, and the experiences I share with good friends and random strangers. (I guess that's why I love cities & CS - so many people, infinite possibilities for serendipity...)

---

I wrote the above 5 years ago and can't seem to delete it. I am currently an anthropology doctoral student, still fascinated with the city, people, random adventures, and spend a lot of time in the southern cone.

Interests

endless.

Music, Movies & Books

Favorites at the moment:
movie: big lebowski (just re-watched it recently and its a work of genius!)
book: 'invisible cities', by italo calvino (maybe 'if on a winters night a traveler', it's a crapshoot)
song: 'heartbeats' jose gonzález version (this is my current overdose)

One Amazing Thing I've Done

learned to drive stick shift in a cemetery and survived.

Teach, Learn, Share

good times.

Countries I've Lived In

Argentina, Brazil, Germany, Peru, United States, Venezuela
