I work in a very demanding field. I work mostly with individuals who have mental health problems. I am trained in Understanding and Managing Aggressive Behaviours, Suicide Intervention, Crisis Intervention, have used Applied Behaviour Analysis, and am certified in Non Violent Crisis Intervention.

On my down time, I love to play sports. I currently play soccer and ultimate frisbee and use to be a competitive hockey player.

I went to university in a small town and got my BA in Sociology and Canadian Studies. I focused mostly on youth and mental health in Sociology and First Nations in Canadian Studies.

I am a former Rotary Club member , but when I moved cities I wanted to get established before I joined a new Rotary Club. I volunteer a lot in my community. I have coached soccer at the rec level, provincial level and university level. I am also currently working with a national organization that educates university athlete on mental health and suicide awareness.

I am an easy going person who loves to paint and watch movies when I have "downtime".

I love to travel and meet new people. I've found it is usually much easier to meet people in different areas when you know someone from the area. There are tons of hidden gems that you would unlikely find if you didn't know someone familiar with the area
