My name is Nikki and I am a Junior at Eastern Michigan University. I grew up in Montana but have lived in Michigan for almost 3 years. I have come to love the area we live in and I want other people to learn to love it like I do. I live with my boyfriend of more than 2 years and my sweet little dog. We have a comfortable homey little apartment in the heart of Ypsilanti. It is filled with culture and adventure.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This is my last summer before I begin graduate school year round and I want to get out and have as many experiences as I can before I have serious year round obligations. My soul is filled with wanderlust but college and work require me to set that aside or travel as inexpensively as possible. On the flip side, we are more than willing to host and get to know other travelers and their stories.

Interests

I am going to school for Occupational Therapy and I have two part time jobs so that takes up most of my time. I am learning to paint and trying to learn Italian and ASL. I love to dance and I love exploring. I think that everything has beauty in it and the only way to appreciate it is to go out and experience all of it!
