I live in Cincinnati. Looove to cook! I became vegan back in April '22, so I have been on a journey of learning and creative exploration with vegan food lately. Other things that have occupied my time most recently: reading lots of books, drawing some pictures, watching films, playing video games like Baldur's Gate and Stardew Valley.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books: Fiction, Nonfiction, Political, Memoirs. Currently reading the Neapolitan novels, Becoming Kin, and The Trinity of Fundamentals.

Music: Pretty much anything but really heavy metal or country-pop. I'm not against country though. I can get down to some George Strait or Hank Williams. Closest to my heart is experimental electronic music and hip hop.

Movies/TV: I pay most attention to cinematography. I recently saw and loved Poor Things, Zone of Interest, and Anatomy of a Fall. Favorite TV series: My Brilliant Friend, Sharp Objects, The Wire, Fleabag...there's more, but I can't think of them all.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I 3d printed and painted Settlers of Catan tiles and made a custom inlaid wooden box for them for my brother, who’s a major board game nerd. (Let’s be honest I kind of am too, just not as much as him :P)

I'm interested in and somewhat knowledgable about woodworking, politics, photography/videography, drawing, cooking, and technology. I like learning about almost anything.
