Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe that you can truly experience culture and nature when travelling in non-commercialised ways.

Interests

Nature - Windsurfing, Surfing, Climbing trees. Basically just to be outside no matter the conditions or elements, challenge myself and breathe the fresh air.

Creativity - Colors, Drawing, Design. I have a very visual and practical way of thinking, which also very much affects how I express myself.

Ingeniuty - Inventions, Technology, Space. I love to solve problems and to be inspired by how others came up with genuious ideas and worked then into reality.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Some of my friends and I went to Kyrgystan a couple of years ago and stayed at an orphanage. Played with the children, helped building a playground and went around to visit people living in the worst imaginable conditions. We brought them small gifts, ex. toys to the kids or blankets, my friend and I worked on a year in advance to collect and raise money for the project.

I cherish all the teachings and experiences I've gotten from all my different interests and friends and where ever they brought me in this world. They're all a part of me in such way, that all the choices I make now and tomorrow are based on these, meaning all the people I've met and what they’ve taught me; their skills, beliefs and stories are helping me to design and make choices in both my professional and personal life.
