About Me
**Currently in Belo Horizonte until January 2026**
**In Messina from January 2026, July 2026**
, I’m Abo! I’ve always believed that traveling is less about the places and more about the connections you make along the way. That’s why I’m here — to open my home, share some good conversations, and hopefully send people off with great memories of their stay.
As a host, I like keeping things easygoing: respect, kindness, and a little curiosity about each other’s worlds go a long way. I’m happy to show you around when I can, give tips on the city, or just chill together over a drink and a laugh. At the same time, I respect independence — if you’d rather explore solo, I’ll happily point you in the right direction.
My place isn’t a hotel, it’s a home — so if you’re up for sharing stories, culture, and a little everyday life, you’ll fit right in.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because the best part of travel is people, not guidebooks. I enjoy hosting travelers, hearing their stories, and adding a little warmth to their journey. For me, Couchsurfing isn’t just about a free place to sleep — it’s about the connections and random conversations that make a trip unforgettable.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I once missed a flight, got the airline to pay me 3x the ticket price, scored a free rebooking to Barcelona, and helped another stranded traveler get the same deal. Probably the best travel hack of my life.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love swapping stories and tips from different parts of the world — from travel hacks to everyday cultural quirks. I’m always curious to learn how people live in their own corner of the world, and I’m happy to share my own experiences, food, and language along the way.
What I Can Share with Hosts
A cozy space, good vibes, and genuine curiosity about your journey. I can also share local tips, funny travel stories, and maybe even a meal together if the timing works. If nothing else, you’ll leave with a great story or two
