Easy going male from Scandinavia. Grew up in safe surroundings in Oslo, Norway and never got the curidge to fly away from the safe little nest until now. I have so much yet to see and my recent journeys to Los Angeles, Berlin, Rome, Florence, London, Manchester and so on has inspired me to leave home more often. Working as an artist in a broad genre and open for everyone who would like to have a conversation in any sub genres of art.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Currently travelling through Europe on a low budget, but I will mainly stay in Paris if every piece of this spontaneous life falls together. Hopefully I will settle down some time in January and have the opertunity to host and get to know anyone of you.

Interests

My interests spans from the most infantile of enjoying a football match to listening to the expressionistic tones of John Cage's contemporary music. I like any form of art, especially modern. I play the guitar, paint, sculptur, do photography, like to read and like most people, have a drink in the evening.

Music, Movies, and Books

Every music style from classical Debussy and Tchaikovsky til Hendrix and Explosions In The Sky or Wu Tang. My mood decides. Nick Drake always stands out as number one, though.

Woody Allen has made the most beautiful movies about everything and nothing. I can also enjoy any low budget quirky short film.

Edouard Levé, Bukowski, Hemingway. Any subtle, raw or honest way of describing life through letters fascinates me. The beat poetry of Allen Ginsberg.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm really curious about the french culture and would love to be able to know a few fraces when my journey is over. If you play some sort of instrument, like to have a drink or a snack or just enjoy conversating, I am certain we could have a fun time. More than happy to learn you something, that being anything from playing string instruments till own life experiences. If you know anything about the art scene in Paris or France in general, I would love to hear from you :-)
