Hey people!
So my name is Nikola, I'm 20 years old and studying economics in Aachen. That for boring personal info.

I love traveling and that is one of the reasons why I am in Colombia 🇨🇴 right now (from mid of August until the end of September), doing a volunteering project by teaching children English.
The other reason as my other passion, an organization called AIESEC, that provided me with this volunteering opportunity. As I also do work for this organization, and we are right now searching for host families in Aachen, I would love to find amazing hosts for the people that will come to Aachen come October to do the same kind of volunteering projects I am doing right now. For example I live with this amazing host family in Colombia, learning so much about culture and language and I really think those opportunities should also be considered by other people. Couchsurfing of course is the perfect platform to find open minded people interested in hosting :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Well as already outlined in the about me, my main focus is to find amazing people who want to help with hosting the students coming to Aachen from all around the world, helping the local community.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Probably the most amazing thing I have done is take a hot air balloon ride over the Mexican Pyramids in teotihuacan.
It was really exhilarating and one of the most unique experienced in my life.
