2015:
I'm a 25 year old Norwegian who is currently studying to become a teacher. I live in the small town of Volda on Norway's west coast and I study at Volda university college. Despite it's size, Volda is very lively and exiting throughout the year due to it's large student population. Students form all over Norway and the world live here during the semesters. It's located deep within a beautiful Norwegian fjord.

This autumn I embark upon my last semester in Volda. I'll miss the place and the people but I'm also ready for something new, which will probably be Oslo. I'm originally from Kristiansund - a town 4-5 hours north of Volda. This is where I spend most of my holidays since I have friends and family here. It's a nice coastal town located on several islands in the Atlantic.

After high school I spent a year in the army at the Norwegian-Russian border in the northernmost part of Norway. After that I lived in Trondheim for a while, studying geography and working at the hospital. I grew a bit tired of Trondheim, so I traveled to study Spanish in Buenos Aires. Lived there for 3 months and learned the basics. I have now forgotten a lot, but I'm eager to revive and improve mye Spanish skills. I'm generally very interested in language, so I'm happy to try other languages as well as teaching some Norwegian. (æøå)

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I chose Couchsurfing for the simple reason of meeting people. Since I'm traveling solo it would be great to get to know some of the locals along the way. This way I think I will learn more about the places and the people.
