Hey, my name is Nikolas. I grew up in Frankfurt. Now, i am living in Hamburg for studying medicine.
My friends describe me as funny, open-minded, friendly, helpful and relaxed.

I like traveling a lot but I honestly dislike being a tourist. Whenever I'm in a new city I do want to see the touristic sites, sure. That's something that usually can be done within a few hours and then it's time to find out what the place really is about. I enjoy couchsurfing so much because it makes you a local for the definite time you spend in a city. I want more of a trip than just a picture in front of the Eiffel tower so to speak.

Musica, film e libri

I enjoy a huge variety of music and movies so it's quite hard to break it down to a few words.
Speaking in terms of genres i personally enjoy HipHop, Electronic, Jazz, Classic but also Rock and Pop.
Recently I started enjoying movies which make me overthink attitudes rather than just dumb entertainment, shooting and over all predictable endings.
I have read a lot in the past and now I try to read everything people consider something "You must have read!"
But the last time i got inspired by the authors Herman Hesse ("Siddharta") and Goethe ("Faust"). I like their stories about finding your own way to live for!

My pretty best experience was my Erasmus year in France. I lived there for 1 year and had the best time of my life!!
